"I'm in my 40s and had never made an insurance claim until about 4 years ago. I've had to make 3 in the past 4 years. All 3 of them went extremely smooth!! The people that work in Beth Princes office are always very nice, personable and do what they can to help you out!! The claim I had to make on my house was paid in about a week. The 1st car claim, I was able to get repaired. They told me to pick a licensed place and have them send a quote! No problem there!! 2nd car claim, I side swiped a deer totalling out the passenger side of my car! I hit the deer I believe on Tuesday and was paid by sunday!! It only took that long because I couldn't get my car to the shop until friday because of work!! I don't think between the 3 claims I even spent a solid hour having to talk to agents or mess with emails! Everything was just made so simple!! 100% recommend Beth Prince/State Farm!!"

"At first I thought I was making the right choice.. choosing State Farm…(multiple people told me to choose them) but it has been a nightmare since I wrecked my vehicle and it’s been two months and still don’t have a new vehicle or a check. They insured me with another insurance company through them(gainsco insurance) god awful. I thought I was fully covered etc and got a rental car. Nope. Not the case at all. They had my old vehicle I no longer had insured and not my new vehicle insured. So again had to wait for them to fix their “system error”. Or they weren’t going to fully cover my vehicle or a rental. And here we are still no progress and I still don’t have a vehicle. I don’t recommend them at all!! Worst experience I’ve ever been through. They do not make it right when they are wrong!"
